Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 August 2026

1. Who handles your enquiry

The data controller for enquiries is MC ADMINISTRATIVE CONSULTANCY AND STUDIES, Abu Dhabi Economic Licence No. CN-6711686, activity 7020003 — Administrative Consultancy and Studies. MC Administrative Consultancy and mcaccounts.ae are used as the website and service identity. Privacy questions may be sent to mcconsultancy.ae@gmail.com.

2. Information that may be processed

Name, selected contact method and corresponding contact details, nationality and UAE residency status, requested administrative review, company and business activity, expected turnover, source of income or funds, and any situation summary voluntarily included by the user.

The website does not ask for passport, Emirates ID or bank account numbers, passwords, PINs or OTPs. Do not send documents or such data through the preliminary form.

3. How the form works

The form composes a structured enquiry locally in the user's browser and opens WhatsApp. The provider does not receive it until the user taps Send. The selected WhatsApp, Telegram, telephone or email option tells the provider how the user prefers to receive a response. The website does not maintain its own enquiry database.

4. Purpose and basis of processing

Information is used to respond to an enquiry, preliminarily assess whether an administrative review may be provided, agree a contact method, prepare a proposal and perform the agreed service. Processing is based on the user's consent and, where applicable, steps requested before entering into an agreement.

5. Third-party services

When WhatsApp, Telegram, email or telephone services are used, the relevant providers may process information under their own policies. The hosting provider may automatically process technical logs, including IP address, browser type, request time and security data.

6. Sharing and sale

Personal information is not sold. It may be disclosed to communication and hosting providers to the extent necessary, to competent authorities where legally required, or to an independent specialist after notice to the user and where an appropriate legal basis exists.

7. Retention and security

Correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide the service, resolve disputes and meet mandatory obligations. Reasonable organisational safeguards are used, but no internet channel can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent or ask a processing question by writing to the email above. Requests will be handled subject to applicable exceptions and mandatory retention periods.

9. Cookies and analytics

As of the last update, the website does not use advertising cookies or third-party web analytics. If such tools are added, this policy will be updated and a consent mechanism will be provided where required.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the website, processes or legal requirements change. The current version and date will always appear on this page.
